On 24th December, APP brought smiles to the faces of inmates and staff in the Women’s prisons, Upper prisons and Kampala remand prisons.The Christmas season is a time of love, sharing and being with family members and friends, however in prison it can be a time of loneliness, despair and suffering as the inmates think about their loved ones and the enjoyment outside the prison bars.
This Christmas, thanks to our supporters, APP was able to donate soap, sugar and tealeaves to the three main prisons located in Luzira, Kampala.
There were endless thanks from the inmates, for the great love APP had portrayed.
