Can you help us?
Volunteers include our Board of Trustees and those who come to give practical help. Volunteers are encouraged to take time to learn about the work of APP and to go out and visit prisoneto allow them to see the difference APP can make to the lives of prisoners and prisons staff.
It is most important that the spirit of volunteerism is understood. Selfless giving of self, without expectation of reward, defines the APP volunteer. Having said this, the rewards received from sharing time with inmates and staff are rewards which are not measurable in this world.
APP is an organisation founded on volunteerism. Volunteers contribute to our work in many different ways, and we are happy to hear from anyone interested in volunteering with us.
We are currently offering internships under our education and health programmes. We welcome applications from those interested in supporting our art, music and drama activities who have experience in these areas.

We would be very happy to hear from you if you would like to volunteer on a project in Africa, or to assist within the UK; please do contact us
If you are in a position to offer services or facilities that might help APP, we would love to hear from you! We also particularly appreciate assistance from professionals or partner companies.
